• the transition process
• the organisation model for shared services.
Building the Queensland Government's Shared Service Initiative provides a detailed description of the whole-of-government implementation approach to the delivery of shared services. It provides details on:
• implementation drivers
• the initial scope of services
• workstream 1: performance and service management
• workstream 2: business process
• workstream 3: information and communication technology
• further planning required for the implementation.
