 Training and Development 

The challenge to the employee is to design a career path that suits their skills, knowledge and abilities.

Career planning is important for employees to achieve their aims and goals. At various times CorpTech provides workshops and information to assist employees with their career planning.

CorpTech encourages its employees to develop their skills, knowledge and abilities by providing opportunities for training and career development.

Personal Development Plans are prepared by both the employee and the employer to identify areas where training and development would be beneficial. Training and development activities are then prioritised and co-ordinated to ensure employees have access to these opportunities as they arise. Training may consist of both on the job and off the job training.

Under the Enterprise Bargaining Agreement, CorpTech is also committed to providing accredited training and assessment of competencies for employees (including recognition of current competencies).

CorpTech recognises the importance of providing training and developmental opportunities to its employees to achieve a highly productive workforce.
